A look at life in Fiji
Fiji is made up of 322 Islands, the lands are covered in lush tropical forests, coconut tress grace the coasts and beautiful coral reefs are in the seas. All of this makes Fiji a well known destination with tourists around the world, some pay as much as $1500 US a night- right down to the good old backpackers at $20 US a night, so Fiji has a piece for everyone.
Fijian's are made up of a great range of races, of course there are Fijian's and there is a huge Indian blend with Chinese and Europeans making up the minority races. This blender of races gives Fiji a rare multicultural lifestyle and luckily for locals and visitors alike this allows you to share in the beauty of any cultures, as well as the food they bring. People here are in general poor in currency and wealthy in life. They may not all drive fancy cars and live in comfort, but many live by the sea, catch their own food and grow healthy crops to always be full. This love of food is the key in Fiji as is doing everything in a laid back and stress free way.
