The Hurricanes Development Team had their second victory in the Pacific Rugby Cup tonight with a 41-10 win over Tonga A at Hutt Recreational Ground. In front of a crowd of 400, the Hurricanes Development Team led throughout the match and were ahead 19-3 at the half time break.
